The exchange discount is based on the value of your old furniture as per the rate card below:

- If you choose not to exchange, use code “NOEXCHANGE15” and get a 15% instant discount on selected furniture and mattress.
- The Exchange / Instant Discount applies only to selected furniture items, highlighted on the product listing page, category page, and product page.
- Once an order is successfully placed, HomeTown's team will contact you for the pickup of the old furniture.
- Delivery of new products will happen only after successful pickup of the old furniture from your location.
- The Exchange / Upgrade Offer coupon code must be redeemed fully in one transaction—no partial redemption is allowed.
- ₹500 shipping charges apply to the exchange process for pickup of old furniture.
- HomeTown reserves the right to include/exclude products from this offer.

Terms and Conditions for Store (Exchange Discount Value)
- The Exchange Discount Value is redeemable only at HomeTown stores and cannot be used on hometown.in.
- Validity: The Exchange Value is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
- Once an old product is exchanged and the discount coupon is issued, the old product will not be returned, as it is sent for scrapping.
- Present the Exchange Value at the cashier desk for redemption at the time of billing—it cannot be used later.
- Cannot be combined with other vouchers or offers.
- This is a promotional discount, and no refund will be provided for the discount value. It also cannot be used as a down payment for financing.
- In case of order cancellation, only the amount paid via cash/cheque/credit card will be refunded—no cash refund is possible for the discount.
- If the total purchase value exceeds the required minimum (4x or 8x), the remaining balance must be paid in cash or via credit card. No further discounts will apply.
- The Exchange Value cannot be used beyond the validity date.
- Participation in the HomeTown Exchange & Upgrade program is voluntary—products are also available without the exchange offer.
- Exchange items will be accepted at HomeTown’s sole discretion.
- New products will only be delivered after handing over the old products to the HomeTown representative.
- The Exchange Discount Value is non-transferable, non-saleable, and non-encashable. Redemption is subject to OTB-allocation.
- HomeTown reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
