    What is 'My Account'?

    'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on HomeTown.in. On this page you can update your contact details, change your password, and view your wishlist. You can also check your orders and keep track on what’s due for delivery.

    How do I update my information?

    It is simple. Just login with your registered email-id & password.

    Is it necessary to have an account to shop on HomeTown.in?

    Yes, you need to register to shop on HomeTown.in. By creating your own account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including recommendations, quicker checkout, and your wishlist. You will also be able to rate/review products.

    Order related queries

    How do I know that my Order has been confirmed?

    Once you have completed the payments process and an authorization has been received, you will be navigated to a Thank You page where you will see your Order Confirmation details. You will also receive an SMS and email confirmation.

    Can I order a product that is "Out of Stock"?

    Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to be informed when it's back.

    How do I check the current status of my Orders?

    Go to 'My Account' > 'My Orders' to view the status of all orders. Click on any Order Number for details.

    When and how can I cancel an order?

    You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact us at care@hometown.in or call 08069252525 (10 AM - 8 PM).

    How do I pay for a purchase?

    HomeTown.in supports multiple payment methods including Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, and EMI options.

    How do I pay using a Credit or Debit Card?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex. You'll need card number, expiry, and CVV. Authentication is done via 3D Secure.

    Is it safe to use my Credit / Debit card on HomeTown?

    Yes. HomeTown uses 256-bit encryption and 3D Secure services for safe transactions.

    What is a 3DSecure password?

    It's an added password protection for online transactions provided by Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.

    Can I pay partially with Payback Points along with Other modes of Payment?

    Sorry, Payback Points payment is not available at this time.

    What are the EMI Options available?

    EMI facility is available. EMI breakdown is shown on each product page.
