Clearance Sale - Terms & Conditions

Clearance Sale

• Products offered under the Clearance Sale are sold on a clearance basis and may include floor models, display pieces, showroom samples, discontinued products, or products with minor cosmetic imperfections.
• Products are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis and are subject to availability.

Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges

• All products purchased under the Clearance Sale are final sale.
• No returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted due to change of mind, preference, size, colour, design, or any pre-existing cosmetic condition.
• Customers are advised to carefully inspect the product and confirm its condition before completing the purchase.

Product Condition

• Clearance products may have minor scratches, marks, dents, colour variations, signs of handling/display, or other cosmetic imperfections.
• Such visible or disclosed imperfections shall not be considered defects and will not qualify for return, refund, replacement, or exchange.
• Customers are encouraged to inspect the product thoroughly before purchase and ensure that the product meets their requirements.

Payment

• Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
• Clearance products cannot be reserved or held against partial payment, deposits, or other payment arrangements.

Inspection at Delivery / Pickup

• Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery and confirm that the product has been received in good condition.
• Any visible condition-related concerns must be reported to HomeTown Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery.
• Any concerns reported after 24 hours from the date of delivery will not be considered by HomeTown, and no action will be taken in respect of such concerns, subject to applicable law.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access to the delivery location, including doorways, passages, staircases, lifts/elevators, and other access points.
• HomeTown will not be responsible for issues arising due to inadequate access or inability to move the product into the customer's premises.

• Fitment and installation will be completed within 48 hours of product delivery.

Warranty

• Clearance products may have no warranty, depending on the product and its condition.
• Cosmetic imperfections, scratches, dents, marks, colour variations, display wear, or other pre-existing conditions disclosed before purchase will not be covered under warranty.
• Where a warranty is applicable, it will be subject to the specific warranty terms and conditions of the product.

Availability

• Clearance products are available in limited quantities and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Product availability, pricing, discounts, and offers may vary by store and/or location and may be withdrawn without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms

• By purchasing a product under the Clearance Sale, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the condition of the product at the time of purchase.

HomeTown reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
