Use & Care Instructions – Furniture Products

·        Please store cartons/packages received carefully to avoid damage before installation.

·        Ensure proper levelling of floor to avoid misalignment after assembly and usage.

·        Product should not be moved in assembled condition. Do not drag any knock down furniture in assembled condition. This may cause loosening of fittings. Always dismantle and shift to other locations.

·        Avoid exposure of furniture to moisture, high temperature or chemicals, Avoid keeping furniture under direct sunlight or expose it to extreme weather conditions, air conditioner vents etc.

·        Dust the furniture with clean, dry lint - free cotton cloth. Use moist cloth to clean glass surfaces.   Do not use chemicals for cleaning the surfaces.

·        Use placemats or trivets under decorative products before placing directly on the surfaces of furniture, in order to avoid abrasion, scratches and damage.

·        Do not keep any hot product directly on furniture surface.

·        “Lift and shift” products kept on furniture rather than dragging the same.

·        Avoid putting naphthalene balls directly into the furniture.

·        Keep only suggested load on the shelves and drawers. Maximum load bearing capacity on large shelves is 15 kg.

·        Do not put stickers on the surfaces of the furniture.

·        Keep assembly instructions handy for future reference.

·        Due to change in climatic conditions, wood may expand or contract leading to hairline cracks. This is natural characteristic of wood. These hairline cracks can be polished by a trained polisher.

·        Avoid dragging of chairs, lifting from the top. Avoid rocking of chair.

·        Do not lift or drag glass top/ Ceramic top/Stone top products by holding on the top (glass/ceramic/ Stone). Hold the base of the product and move it by lifting only.

·        Use vacuum cleaner for cleaning fabric chairs. Use dry cloth for cleaning Leatherette chairs.

·        For stubborn spots and stains on fabric, use mild solution of ivory soap and clear lukewarm water. Allow the product to dry naturally.

·        Remove plastic protective cover before using the mattress for proper airflow through mattress.

·        Do not iron clothes of mattress, this may result in damage of mattress fabric & detoriate internal materials.

·        Do not dry mattress in sunlight.

·        Avoid stepping & jumping on mattress.

·        If any liquid spills of mattress, wipe with dry cloth or sponge and dry in ventilated room

·        Avoid sharp objects, flames near Mattresses.

·        Sofas/Recliner should be shifted from the bottom, and not holding the handles or back. Sufficient people should shift the sofa and do not drag the same.

·        Use vacuum cleaner for cleaning fabric sofas

·        Use sofa cleaners of reputed brands for cleaning leather/leatherette sofas. Please read usage instructions before applying to the sofa. Please test the cleaner on a small surface, before using it directly to the sofa.

·        Dust the leather/leatherette with dry cloth only.

·        Avoid sitting on the back or on the arms of the sofa and avoid climbing on the sofa.

·        Keep the sofa away from sharp objects to preserve its surface and extend its lifespan.

·        Avoid pets climbing on the sofa and stains due to pets urine.

·        Avoid exposure of revolving office chair to moisture, high temperature or chemicals, To protect Chair from fading, avoid keeping chair next to windows and other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.

·        Use vacuum cleaner on low suction mode for cleaning nylon mesh in revolving mesh back office chair. This has to be done once in a month to avoid the accumulation of dirt & dust in the mesh.

·        Use tweezers to remove the debris and other fibers that prevent the revolving office chair base wheels from rotating.

·        Apply any lubricant to the inside of the housing unit once in a six month to ensure smooth & long term functioning of office chair.

·        Avoid putting excessive pressure on the armrest of the office chair to avoid armrest damage.

·        Do not pull the loose stitching threads, instead cut them with scissors.

·        Avoid contact of upholstery with sharp objects.

·        Do not use abrasive, acid, alcohol–based, or solvent–based cleaners for coated metal part cleaning; they may damage the coating finish.

·        Do not drag the product in "Assembled Condition" to avoid the metal legs damage & scratches.

·        Avoid direct water contact with metal legs to avoid the rusting / coating peeling issue.

·        Use damp soft microfiber cloth & wipe over the leather, Leatherette, Fabric to remove all dust, dirt and grime build-up. Ensure the cloth is not dripping wet. Allow chair to dry out naturally before being used again. Do not use chemicals for cleaning the surfaces.
