Order related queries

Once you have completed the payments process and an authorization has been received you will be navigated to a Thank You page on our website where you will be able to see your Order Confirmation details. You would also receive an SMS & an E-mail confirmation for your order on your registered mobile number & email id.

Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale. Please use the 'Notify Me' feature to be informed of the product's availability.

You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the 'Order Number' link.

You can cancel your order only within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please Contact Us at care@hometown.in or call our contact center at 18002100004 (10 AM - 8 PM) with the order number.
