Terms & Conditions – Design Your Dream Cushion Cover Contest
1.    The "Design Your Dream Cushion Cover" (“Contest”) is organized by HomeTown.
2.    The Contest is open to children between 6 and 14 years of age.
3.    Participation must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
4.    The Contest is valid only for residents in Kolkata and participating HomeTown Kolkata stores:
a.    3rd Floor, Diamond Plaza Mall (DCN Mall), 68 Jessore Road, Nagerbazar, Satgachi, Kolkata
b.    2nd Floor, Merlin Homeland Mall, 18B, Ashutosh Mukherjee Road, Lala Lajpat Rai Sarani, Bhowanipore, Kolkata. 

5.    Registrations and artwork submissions will be accepted from 1st August till 30th  August 2026.
6.    How to Participate:
a.    Register online through the campaign landing page or at a participating HomeTown store.
b.    Download or collect the official drawing template.
c.    Create an original cushion cover design using crayons, sketch pens, colour pencils, or paints.
d.    Submit the completed artwork at the Kolkata HomeTown store before the submission deadline.
7.    Only one entry per child will be accepted.
8.    The artwork must be original and created solely by the participating child.
9.    Entries containing offensive, obscene, copyrighted, or inappropriate content will be disqualified.
10.    HomeTown reserves the right to reject incomplete or illegible entries.
11.    Entries will be evaluated based on creativity, originality, visual appeal, and relevance to the campaign theme.
12.    The decision of the jury and HomeTown shall be final and binding.
13.    Every eligible participant will receive a participation certificate and a HomeTown discount coupon (as applicable).
14.    Selected winners will receive:
i.    Their artwork converted into a limited-edition HomeTown cushion cover.
ii.    A HomeTown Gift Voucher worth ₹5,000.
iii.    A feature on HomeTown's digital and social media platforms.
15.    Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
16.    By participating, the parent/guardian grants HomeTown the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and print the submitted artwork for marketing, promotional, commercial, and product development purposes without additional compensation.
17.    The selected artwork may be adapted for printing on cushion covers or other promotional materials.
18.    By participating, parents/guardians consent to HomeTown photographing or recording participants during the contest and using such content for promotional and marketing purposes.
19.    Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for contest administration, communication, and promotional activities in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
20.    HomeTown reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
a.    Provides false or misleading information.
b.    Violates these Terms & Conditions.
Attempts to influence the judging process unfairly.
21.    HomeTown shall not be responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or incomplete entries, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
22.    HomeTown reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
23.    Participation in the Contest constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
24.    Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where HomeTown's registered office is located.
